Support our knowledge in motion program
Currently, HilGen Works Project is focused on funding educational and technological projects for our "Knowledge in Motion" program. This initiative is designed for rural disadvantaged youth, aiming to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in computers, software, and career-building/life skills training. "Knowledge in Motion" operates through a virtual resource center, providing a cloud-based platform that connects business professionals with classrooms for live online chats, virtual tours, Q&A sessions with experts, career pathway discussions, mock interviews, and more.

Rural youth often face significant challenges, including exclusion due to funding inadequacies in social and technological structures. By providing crucial technological resources, we can help reduce social exclusion, allowing individuals stuck in cycles of poverty to better access resources and support systems that open doors to opportunities. Our ultimate goal is to identify and implement more effective ways to engage youth living in poverty, helping them emerge from these challenging cycles and build sustainable futures.
